The Honest Body (Taylor-Anne Irving) collects your name, email and WhatsApp number when you make a booking, in order to arrange and provide your session. This information is never used for marketing and is never sold or shared with third parties. It is stored in The Honest Body's private Google Calendar, which only The Honest Body has access to, and is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide your care or meet basic accounting requirements, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

For first sessions, Taylor-Anne will separately send you an intake form (covering things like your health history, current medications and what you'd like to get out of our work together) directly, outside this website. Those answers are stored securely by The Honest Body and are not collected or processed by this site.

Under POPIA you can ask The Honest Body at any time to see what information is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted – just email info@thehonestbody.co.za. This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics software, and The Honest Body takes reasonable steps to keep the technical credentials connecting this site to the calendar private and secure.
